Unfortunately, this is the second " 911 victims fund " claim that I've had to process with PW. While my family and I were dealing with life altering news, one thing I did not have to divert my attention to, was my claim. Ms. Shelly Davis was there, once again, and handled ALL the details with almost NO input from me because of the continuity in care that PW provides. Shelly remembered me the minute she answered the phone although it has been at least 5 years since we last spoke. She worked off of my last file and I spoke with her once more before I was made aware that my award was made available. She contacted me to let me know the progress of the claim at that time. then again when the award was received by PW and being mailed to me. I'm very happy I chose PW to handle my 911 case and feel very lucky I was assigned to Ms. Davis.

The law firm worked with me on a victim compensation fund. Christina Morace was the paralegal and through the long process she called me to keep me up to date. She let me know what paperwork was coming and what it meant. She also called to explain the time table for each part. I did not have to wonder about what was happening.
