That incident is currently under investigation by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Global Pharma Healthcare recalled all lots of its EzriCare Artificial Eye Drops.
This recall affects Global Pharma Healthcare’s Delsam Pharma Artificial Eye Ointment. The Batch Number is H29, and it is packaged in a white carton and contained in an aluminum tube, according to the recall announcement. The recalled eye ointment product is labeled with the following product codes:

Global Pharma Healthcare has asked wholesalers, retailers, and consumers to throw the recalled products away.
