The FDA reported that Kareway Products, Inc. has been contacting their distributors and customers by way of a recall letter. Kareway Products, Inc. stated that they are also arranging for the recalled products return or disposal. The FDA is advising all consumers and businesses who are in possession of the Gericare Eye Wash, Sterile Eye Irrigation Solution lot#86041601 with the expiration date of 09/2019 to immediately stop using the eyewash solution and to halt the sale of the recalled product immediately.

The department is open Monday through Fridays during the hours of 08:30 am to 05:30 pm (PST).
